Shipping Policy
Shipping charges will be calculated by the size and weight of the order and added to your total at checkout.
All items will be shipped insured via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified.
Since all purchases shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via air service, additional charges apply.
After you place your order, we will calculate the shipping charges, add them to your order, and charge your credit card accordingly.
We are able to accept orders from international locations, as long as payment is drawn upon a credit card based at a US bank.
Pleas send us an email with all the ordering information and we will contact you with the details of the shipping charges, etc.
Return Policy
Items purchased through The Funky Chair, with the exception of custom orders, may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Contact our Customer Service by emailing us at customerservice@thefunkychair.com to obtain return instructions.
Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return back to the artist. You are responsible for artwork damaged in return transit. If you are returning an item because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, The Funky Chair will pay the return-shipping costs.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of the artist receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. The Funky Chair does not give credit for shipping and handling costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return by email if you provided an email address at the time you placed your order.
Privacy Policy
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
