The First Step...
The first step of the adventure is a free consultation at your location. We'll take a look at the space and talk about what you have in mind. We can show you samples, offer suggestions, and "brainstorm" with you if you would like, or we would happily custom design something for you. Many factors are considered in this first visit: the size of the project, the surface to be painted, the design itself, color choices, and so on. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to. Any photos you have, magazine pictures, or things that will help to express the look and feel of how you envision your finished project are always welcome and helpful. Our goal is to fully understand what you are looking for. We pride ourselves in being able to really listen to our clients and ask the right questions - to pull the idea out of your head and get it onto your walls.
Then...
When you are ready to proceed, the next step is to pick a date for the project to begin. We will send a written proposal with color samples and/or a sketch of the project, if it applies, within one week. This proposal will outline what we have discussed about the project, list supplies, outline costs involved, etc. Once the project is commissioned we require a 20% deposit of the estimated cost to reserve the time and to cover any necessary supplies.

In estimating a mural or faux finishing job, many factors affect the cost and time required, such as:

Complexity of mural or faux finish

Supply costs and equipment rental

Travel distance
Because so much behind the scenes work goes into every project, pricing is always a challenge. We will happily work with you to make adjustments if necessary to work within your budget.
Finally...The final bill is due at the completion of the project. We will make every effort to complete the job to your satisfaction. Our reputation depends on it!
